All that we ask is that you return the product within 30 days of receipt with the software unopened/unused, or damaged. - Any defective products must be returned showing reason product was defective, a replacement will be sent out within 2-3 weeks of product return.
- Packing slip and invoice from the original order must be included with return, showing who the return is from. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging, with the software unopened/unused. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
- Returns must be sent via UPS, Fed-Ex or any carrier that issues a tracking number. Please email return tracking numbers to returns@corporationsoft.com
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for the credit.
